How do I crop a screenshot without Paint?
Right after the capture press C or pick crop on the toolbar, select the part you need and confirm. Crop is a tool of the editor, no separate app needed.
Which tools does the screenshot editor have?
Arrow, arrow with text, arrow with a number, line, rectangle, ellipse, text, numbering, pen, marker, blur and crop. Shapes and lines come in eight colours with a thickness of 1 to 16 pixels.
How do I hide private data on a screenshot?
Press B and drag over the email, number or name and the region is blurred. The saved file has only pixels under the blur, the text cannot be recovered from it.
Can I undo an action?
Yes, Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes, and both buttons are on the toolbar. The history keeps up to 100 steps.
Where does the edited screenshot go?
Wherever you say: to the clipboard, to a file on disk or to the server, in which case the clipboard gets a link to the capture that opens in any browser.
Is it free and do I need an account?
Free and no account: the capture, every editor tool and the link are available right after installing.
